Somebody sold something that belonged to you, and nobody will say who signed it, or when, or for how much.
I spent a career in medical imaging and then in intelligence analysis.
Forty years of being paid to notice when a picture and its caption did not match.
Then one day I stopped noticing it about other countries and started noticing it about my own.
The First Moment:
In 2005 — the Australian Millennial Drought resulted with Australia’s Food Bowl completely dried up, devastating families, businesses and communities. There were solutions then — and still are now — but nothing was done.
The Second Moment:
In 2006 — realising that all Aussie Droughts lead to bushfires & wildfires, I teamed up with a veteran professional firefighter. Together we compiled a research paper, entitled “A New Paradigm in Wildfire Combat.”
Once again, our authorities failed to help Aussie communities.
